The Ha Noi Recommendation for Action 2016
The Ha Noi Recommendation for Action is a set of recommendation from Gender and DRR Conference. The recommendation have 4 priorities to acknowledge a gender based and inclusive DRR in the Asia-Pacific and to ensure active participation of women and girls and persons with disabilities who are at most risk during disasters due to structural barriers and socio-economic discrimination. This recommendation expected to be deliberated at the Asian Ministerial Conference for Disaster Risk Reduction
and the Pacific Regional Meeting on Disaster Risk Management.
